Spare parts & consumables

Our submersibles are inherently reliable, simple to operate and easy to maintain.
However, unexpected things can and do happen and an appropriate inventory of spare
parts and consumables will help to ensure your submersible is always ready to dive when
required. In the event the spare parts or consumables inventory doesn't contain the specific
item you need, Triton Submarines offers clients 24/7 technical support and most items can
and will be provided anywhere in the world within days of a request being received.

During the ordering and assembly phase of a build, provision is made for the acquisition
of spare parts. We try to ensure the spare parts most likely required by our clients are
available on the vessel at the time of delivery.

The following is a complete list of the major spare parts and consumables we
recommend as part of a Triton installation aboard a yacht:

1. Man rated electrical penetrators (one per unique cable assembly)
2. Emergency self contained breathing apparatus (ESCBA)
3. Thruster and joystick
4. External light housing, bulbs, o-rings and connectors
5. UWT transducers, hand microphone and battery
6. External cabling (minimum of one for every unique cable assembly)
7. Assorted valves, fittings, tubing and fluid system components
8. Assorted o-rings, seals, gaskets and lubricants
9. Assorted electrical components, proprietary PCB's and connectors
10. Xenon strobe, RF beacon and RDF for same
11. Eject cylinder (same cylinder used for drop weight and manipulator)
12. Scrubber motor and fan assembly
13. Peltier effect air conditioning unit
14. Air conditioning circulation pump
15. Sodalime casks and lithium hydroxide blankets
16. Oxygen (stored in high pressure cylinders aboard the vessel)
17. Hydraulic power unit for manipulator (if fitted)
18. Back up computer for PLC based control and monitoring system
